YeshID periodically synchronizes from Identity Providers (like Google Workspace (GWS)) as the source of truth. From time-to-time, you may need to manually “Sync with Google” to read in new changes from your Google Workspace.

Why would I need to manually sync with Google Workspace?

You would want to manually sync with Google Workspace if you do not see some changes that may have occurred recently, since last sync and before the next one. For example:
